Return & Refund Policy – NxWear Fashion

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible for Return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact
• Must be in original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items
• Items without original tags
• Damaged by customer

To Start a Return: Contact us at nxwear.offical@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours.

Refunds:

• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 3-5 business days
• COD orders: Refund as store credit

Damaged/Wrong Item: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof at nxwear.offical@gmail.com
